Check the region and game card
In account management, open your personal data and residential address: the country is indicated there. The interface language, console location and payment currency to the seller are not reliable indicators of it. If there are multiple accounts, make a note of which one you selected for purchase.
In the PS Store under the same account, check for the presence of a purchase button, age rating, languages, platform and content of the publication. Don't buy the expansion instead of the full game. For game DLC on disc, the compatibility of the disc region and the add-on is especially important.

Select a card for the total cost
On the PlayStation page in Unlimit, select your country and denomination. Use the real cost of the selected edition in your store and the balance of your wallet. If the payment screen adds taxes, consider the total, not just the list price.
Example: the game costs 35 units of store currency, and there are 10 left in the wallet. At least 25 more are required if the total amount does not change. This is an example of calculation, not the price of a specific game. Card values may force you to top up a little more; the remainder will remain in your wallet.

Activate the code and pay for the game
After receiving the letter, check your account again. Cards are used once, so do not test the code on another profile. Redemption does not require seller access to the console or account.
In the PS Store on PS5, open the “More” menu and Redeem Code; in the browser - profile menu and code redemption.
Enter the 12-digit code and check the result shown before confirming.
Make sure your wallet is replenished.
Open the desired edition of the game, add it to your cart and check the total.
Confirm your purchase and save your PlayStation receipt.

Download purchased version
On PS5, go to Game Library → Your Collection, select a game and Download. On PS4 - Library → Purchased. If you purchased both versions, check which one you are installing. To download through the app, the console must be associated with an account and configured for remote installation.
Wait for the installation and necessary updates to complete. A message indicating that part of the game is ready to launch does not always mean that all content has been downloaded. A pre-order may already be displayed in the library, but will only download and run when scheduled by the publisher.

If the card is activated, but there is no game
Check your transaction history. If there is only a top-up, the game itself has not yet been purchased. If you have a purchase, check your account, publication name, library filters, and console version. Determine the download error based on the system message, space availability and network status.
If there is a code region error, do not try to change the console language: this does not change the PSN country. If there is a disputed charge, do not buy the game a second time. Please review the refund conditions before downloading: starting the download may limit the possibility of refunding according to the store's rules.
