Where can I redeem my PlayStation Store code on PS5, PS4 or PC?

Short answer

On PS5, open the PlayStation Store, press triangle, select the "..." menu and Redeem Code. On PS4, open the PlayStation Store and find Redeem Codes in the side menu. In your browser, go to the PlayStation Store, open the profile menu and Redeem Code. Enter the 12-digit code and confirm the result.

The voucher requires a 12-digit code.

The country of the voucher must match the country of the PSN account.

Once redeemed, the code cannot be transferred to another account.

On PS5

Sign in to the desired PlayStation Network account. Open the PlayStation Store, press the triangle button, go to the three dots menu and select Redeem Code. Enter 12 digits, check the top-up description and confirm.

On PS4 and in the browser

On PS4, open the PlayStation Store and select Redeem Codes from the side menu. On your computer, open the PlayStation Store, sign in, click your profile icon, and select Redeem Code. In both cases, check the account and numbers before confirming.

  • PS4: Store → Redeem Codes.

  • Browser: Store → profile → Redeem Code.

If the code is not accepted

Check the country of the account and voucher, the number of characters and whether the code has been used previously. For the child's wallet voucher, Sony specifies to use the family manager's account. If the code is accepted but the balance is not visible, check your transaction history and contact support with a receipt.

The code can only be redeemed once; Transferring funds between PSN accounts is not supported.
