Buy a PlayStation Store card to top up your PSN wallet

The code tops up your PlayStation Network wallet. This is a digital code, not a physical card: you receive it by email and enter it yourself in your account. You can buy a card online for yourself or for another person: enter their email, but remember that the recipient’s account region must match the card’s region.

1. Select your PSN account country. It must match the region of your profile.
2. Select card value.
3. Enter the email to which the code will be sent.
4. Pay for your order.
5. Receive the code by email and redeem it in the PlayStation Store (instructions below).

The country of the card must match the country of the PSN account. The region of an existing account usually cannot be changed, so choose a card based on your profile, and not just by face value or price.

Check your region before purchasing: the country is listed in your PlayStation Network account information, and the price currency in your PlayStation Store will tell you which country your account is in. Buy a card of this particular region.

On the console

1. Sign in to the desired PlayStation Network account.
2. Open PlayStation Store, profile menu and select "Redeem Codes".
3. Enter the 12-digit code from the letter and confirm activation.
4. Check your wallet balance or subscription status in your account.

In the browser

1. Log in to your account on the official PlayStation Store website.
2. Open your account menu and select code redemption.
3. Enter the code from the letter, confirm the operation and check your wallet.

Check in order:

• The PSN account region matches the region of the purchased card. This is reason number 1.
• The code has not been previously redeemed on another account.
• The code was entered without errors.

Do not enter code multiple times when you make an error: save the error text for support. Then write to Telegram support and indicate your order number.

You enter the code yourself in your PSN account, so there is no need to transfer your login and password. Do not share the code with anyone or enter it multiple times if you make an error. If someone asks for your account password “to activate the card,” this is a sign of fraud.
