What to check before purchasing codes
Log in to your platform account and open the card for Grand Theft Auto VI. Check for a pre-order button: a page from the search results of another region does not prove that you will be able to buy the game. Check supported languages and age restrictions in advance.
PS5 and Xbox Series X|S are announced at launch. Do not buy a PS4, Xbox One or Steam key offer under the guise of an official console pre-order. Other platforms require a separate publisher announcement.

Account region is more important than where the card was purchased
Check your account country, store currency, and card-specific country. For PSN, the country of an already created account cannot be changed. On Xbox, balances in different currencies do not turn into a shared wallet: the card must match the account and the store.
A foreign gift card does not unblock a Russian store and does not change the terms of the platform. If you do not have an eligible account with an available purchase, please check with platform support first. Buying a set of codes “just in case” is risky.

How to select edition and amount
Compare Standard and Ultimate by composition in the store itself. Not everyone needs additional materials: write down what bonus you are paying extra for. Do not equate a more expensive edition with Early Access unless it is explicitly stated.
Please review the total amount before confirming, including any displayed taxes and available wallet balance. In Unlimit, select your platform, publication and country, then check your offer and order amount. The price in rubles per set and the denomination of the codes in the store’s currency are different values.

Step by step: from email with codes to pre-order
Use the same account at all stages. If there are several cards in the letter, pay them off one at a time and check the balance change after each one. Do not forward outstanding codes to open chats.
Receive codes and match their platform and region with the order.
Redeem codes in the Redeem Code section of your store.
Open the selected edition of GTA VI again and check the total.
Select payment from the balance and confirm the pre-order according to the store’s conditions.
Check your order history, purchase confirmation, and game display in your library.
We do not promise exact preload times or file sizes: check them in the game card closer to release.

If you have money, but the pre-order is not placed
First, separate the card activation error and the game purchase error. The first requires a code region, account and store message; for the second - GTA VI availability, final cost and order status. Do not buy more cards until the reason is clear.
If you change your mind, the conditions for refunding a pre-order are determined by the platform store, and the conditions for refunding codes are determined by the seller. Starting a download or preload may affect refunds. Save both confirmations: purchasing codes and ordering the game.
