Crystals or Moon: what to choose
If you need currency for a specific purchase now, compare available crystal packages. If you plan to log in regularly and are ready to receive rewards daily, study the conditions of Welkin Moon. Do not buy Welkin Moon with the expectation of receiving the entire monthly volume of Primogems on the day of payment.
Genesis Crystals can be exchanged for Primogems at a rate of 1:1. This is a separate action in the game: after topping up, first check the balance of the purchased currency. Before exchanging, decide whether you need the crystals themselves for other available purchases.

Prepare UID and game server
Go to the desired character and copy its UID. Europe, America, Asia and Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau are available in Unlimit form. The choice must match the current gaming profile; Place of residence and payment currency do not determine the server.
If you are not sure, check the server in the game before ordering. Don't guess the starting UID character alone and choose an adjacent option for the sake of price. For a gift, ask the recipient to confirm both options.

Place your order and confirm the SBP
Select a product and server, fill in the UID and email for communication. Carefully read the restrictions of the selected offer and check the total amount. After clicking “Buy”, proceed to payment according to the order instructions.
Before confirming with the bank, check the amount and details of the current payment. Save your receipt and order number. Do not use the details of the previous top-up and do not repeat the transfer if the page update is delayed.

Why you can’t promise a double bonus in advance
The first purchase bonus depends on the game rules and account status. The first order in Unlimit is not necessarily the first addition to the character. Don't evaluate the offer as if another complete package will be added to it anyway.
Focus on the composition of the selected product and the conditions available to you in the game. Promotions from an official store or other retailer do not automatically transfer to a third-party purchase method. If the size of the bonus is important, clarify the conditions before payment.

How to check delivery
For a crystal package, check the corresponding in-game balance. For Welkin Moon, check its remaining duration and available daily reward. A change to just one indicator does not show every part of the purchase.
If the payment is confirmed, but there is no result, check the UID and server, restart the game and check the order status. If there is an error or the specified period is exceeded, contact support with a receipt. Do not place another order as a way to correct the first one.
