What comes immediately and what comes gradually
After activation, separately check the balance of the crystals and the duration of Welkin Moon. Track your daily portion using the Primogems. If you look at only one balance, it is easy to mistake a correct payment for an incomplete credit.
Do not plan to immediately purchase in the game for the entire monthly volume of Welkin Moon. If the required deadline comes earlier, count only those daily rewards that you will have time to receive by this date and compare them with your current supply.

How to calculate the reward to fit your schedule
To estimate, use the formula: 90 × number of days with award received. Consider the one-time 300 crystals separately. The numbers below are an arithmetic example and not an additional promotion.
To compare a purchase with a currency package, divide the current price of Welkin Moon by the expected volume in equivalent of Primogems. If you are not going to exchange the starting crystals, do not include them in your gem budget for the immediate goal.

What happens when a login is missed
According to HoYoverse rules, the daily reward requires logging into the game; Missed days will not be compensated. The purchase is not paused until you return. At the same time, the one-time portion in crystals does not depend on daily entries.
If you have a vacation ahead without access to the game or a busy week, take this into account before purchasing. You should not count on automatic accumulation of all missed delivery in the mail. For convenience, you can set a personal reminder and check receipt in the client.
Check the game day and reward status in the game itself, not just the calendar date on your phone.

Renewal and remaining term
Before buying again, check the remaining duration. The published conditions allow an extension when 180 days or less remain; you cannot buy another Welkin Moon with more time remaining. This is the eligibility threshold for renewal, not a promise of a second daily reward.
If buying as a gift, ask the recipient to check the balance in advance. Do not submit multiple identical orders to “speed up” your monthly reward. If you have an unclear result from your first purchase, please contact support first.

When is Welkin Moon coming, and when is a one-time package better?
The Moon is convenient for those who plan to play regularly and save up gradually. A one-time package of crystals is easier to match with a specific purchase for which the currency is needed after completing one order. The final choice depends on the price, entry schedule and the timing of your goal.
Set a spending limit before opening the form. The presence of a limited time offer or an expiring event does not make additional payment mandatory. Do not include future gifts, bonuses and compensation that have not yet been confirmed.
