Genshin Impact Top-up

These options provide different rewards and are suitable for different tasks. First, decide whether you want crystals to buy now or rewards for logging into the game regularly.

1. On the game login screen, check the server of the desired character and select it in the form.
2. Copy the character's UID and enter it without spaces.
3. Choose a set of Genesis Crystals or Blessing of the Welkin Moon. For the Welkin, check the remaining duration of the current blessing.
4. Enter your contact email, check the details and total amount. Click "Buy" then "Pay" on the created transaction.
5. After completing the order, open the game on the selected server and check the purchase result.

Mail is needed for order communication. It may differ from HoYoverse mail. No password or login codes are required.

The UID is visible in the bottom right corner of the Genshin Impact screen. Use your in-game character number, not your HoYoverse account ID. Check the server separately on the login screen.

Europe, America, Asia and Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau are available in the form. Choose the server on which the desired character is located: the country of residence and payment currency do not determine this choice.

Select a product and server to see the final price. Payment is made through the SBP method available in the form. After creating your order, go to payment and follow its instructions.

• Check the UID and server before payment: they determine where the purchase will go.
• Return to the transaction page after payment to see the current status.
• If the money has been debited, do not create a repeat purchase before checking the first order.

Welkin lasts 30 days. Crystals are issued upon activation, and Primogems must be obtained for daily login - they are not awarded in full on the day of purchase.

Before purchasing again, open the Welkin in the game store and check the remaining time. If it exceeds 180 days, no further extension is available. Do not place a new order until you have checked this condition.

Choose a set taking into account the balance and cost of the desired item in the game. Sets in the form refer to the Genesis Crystals. The Battle Pass and other items that are not on the list are not included in this order.

The first top-up bonus depends on the account’s purchase history and current game rules. Check its availability in the in-game store. Don't assume an extra bonus is guaranteed just because it's your first time buying at Unlimit.

You can specify the UID and server of another player. The recipient does not need to give the password: just ask them to check the game data. To contact us about your order, please provide your email address.

If you give the Welkin, check in advance the remaining period of the blessing and whether the recipient will be able to visit every day. For a regular set of crystals, daily login for rewards is not required.

Save the transaction number and monitor its status. After completion, check the result on exactly the server and character specified in the form.

If an error occurs or the purchase is not found after completion, please provide support with the order number, UID, server and payment time. If there is an error in the UID or server after payment, please contact us immediately: the possibility of correction depends on the stage of the order.
