What to prepare before purchasing
Open the profile of the desired character and save the Player ID along with the Server ID. If you have several game accounts on your phone, check your nickname and avatar before copying. For a gift, ask the recipient to send exactly this data, and not access to the account.
The contact email in the order is needed for communication regarding the purchase. It does not replace game IDs and does not determine who will receive diamonds. Enter an address that you have access to.

How to select a country and top-up option
Read the restrictions of the selected offer on the form. You cannot assume that any cheapest option is suitable just because the form accepts numbers. The actual location of the buyer does not in itself confirm compatibility with the region of the game account.
"International" does not mean the absence of any restrictions. “Special” and “Exclusive” are names of catalog options, not new game servers or the promise of additional rewards. If the conditions do not allow you to confidently choose an option, check compatibility with support before payment.

How to pay for an order via SBP
After selecting a package, enter both IDs and your email. Check the final price in the form, then click “Buy” and follow the payment instructions. Compare the amount in your banking app with the current order before confirming.
Once the payment has been debited, save the receipt and return to the order. Do not reuse payment details from an old purchase for a new one, and do not pay a second time just because the screen has not updated yet. Payment processing and delivery of the in-game top-up are separate stages.
The package has been selected for the desired purchase in the game.
Both IDs are fully matched, including the last digits.
The amount in the bank corresponds to the current order.
Keep the order number and receipt until the diamonds arrive.

Diamonds, passes and promotions - different purchases
In this storefront, you select a one-time package of diamonds. The Weekly Pass and its daily rewards are a different type of product; don't expect to receive them with your regular top-up.
If you are buying for an event in the game, first open its rules: period, suitable method of top-up and requirements for the reward. Do not add supposed promotional diamonds to the selected package in advance. The very fact of the first order in a new store does not prove the right to a gaming bonus.
Calculate your budget based on the package you choose and the current price, not based on the third-party seller's advertising promise.

Where to check the result and what to do if there is a delay
Open the same Mobile Legends profile and check the diamond balance. If the order is completed, but the balance has not been updated, restart the game and check both IDs with the order again.
If there is a discrepancy or delay, send Unlimit support the order number, receipt and a screenshot of the profile showing the IDs. Do not send a password or one-time code. A separate guide explains the checks in detail.
