How to open the desired profile
Launch the game and make sure you see your usual account. Click on your avatar in the top left of the home screen: IDs are among the main profile information. The layout of the interface details may change, so look for the ID signature next to the player data.
Before copying, check your nickname and avatar. If you've recently switched between accounts, don't rely on the old screenshot: open your profile again.

How to split an entry with brackets
The example 123456789 (1234) contains two different values. Enter 123456789 in the first field and 1234 in the second. These numbers are for illustration only: replace them with the details from your own profile.
Do not include parentheses, the ID label or spaces. If copying is unavailable and you enter the details manually, compare the beginning, middle and end of each number. Checking only the last digits will not catch a mistake elsewhere.

Why does the country not replace the Server ID
The numeric Server ID helps direct the top-up to a specific game profile. The country or option in the catalog describes the offer's conditions. Choosing “Russia” does not fill in the server number or make it optional.
Do not select Server ID from a list of countries from the Internet and do not change it for the sake of a cheaper offer. If an offer does not suit your account, you need to adjust the product selection, not the recipient's actual data.

How to request data for a gift
Ask a friend to send a profile picture that shows both IDs, or two numbers with clear captions. Additionally, ask to confirm the appropriate regional option. A password, email access and authorization code are not needed for this.
Before payment, send the selected data to the recipient for verification. Do not post correspondence and receipts in open comments: a closed request to store support is sufficient to verify your order.

If the form does not accept an ID or an error is found
Remove leading and trailing spaces, check that you entered digits only and have not swapped the fields. Compare the entry with your current game profile. Do not add zeros or shorten the number to get past form validation.
If you notice an error after paying, contact support immediately with your order number and the correct details. Do not place another order before receiving a reply: whether a correction is possible depends on whether the top-up has already been delivered. Diamonds credited to another profile cannot be assumed to be transferable.
