What happens when paying via SBP
The buyer opens the banking application via QR or payment link, sees the amount and confirms the transaction. The Bank of Russia describes SBP as a 24-hour service for transfers and payment for purchases through participating banks.
Before confirming, read the recipient's name, amount, and destination. After the transaction, save the electronic receipt and return to the order page without paying the same link a second time.

What happens during cryptopayment
The wallet generates a message with the destination address, amount and, if necessary, payload or comment. The store monitors the blockchain, checks the parameters and waits for the required level of finality.
In TON, the finalized transaction included in the masterchain is not rolled back. This gives a quick final confirmation, but does not allow the bank to cancel an erroneous submission.

Main differences
The speed of the interface may be similar, so what needs to be compared is not the seconds, but the probability of an error and how to investigate it. It is easier for a beginner to recognize a SBP check, while crypto hash requires a blockchain browser and an understanding of the network.

Verifying crypto payment before sending
The name USDT is not enough on its own: the token exists on different networks. Select exactly the network that the order shows, and do not replace the address with the value from the old purchase.
Check the first and last characters of the address after insertion, the amount and the comment. Do not send a seed phrase to the site and do not sign additional transactions whose meaning you do not understand.

If the status does not change for a long time
Do not automatically repeat payment. For SBP, check the status with the bank and save the receipt. For cryptocurrency, look up the transaction hash and see if the transaction is confirmed on the correct network.
Provide support with your order number and payment confirmation. For a blockchain, the hash and public transaction parameters are sufficient; the private key and seed phrase are never needed.
Refunds are subject to circumstances and seller's policies. Do not confuse the opportunity to apply with a guarantee of cancellation of an already completed operation.
