01
The network is more important than the name of the coin
The same ticker can exist on different networks. For example, USDT exists on multiple blockchains, and a transfer to the wrong network may not reach the recipient.
If the account expects TON or USDT-on-TON, sending from another network is not the same payment.
Check the network on the order form.
Check the network in the wallet.
Do not change the network manually after scanning the QR.
02
Address, amount and comment
The crypto account may include an address, an exact amount and an additional comment, memo or payload. This data helps to associate the transfer with the order.
If comment is included in the invoice, do not remove it when submitting.
| Field | Why is it important |
|---|---|
| Address | Determines the payee |
| Amount | Underpayment may not close the order |
| Comment/Memo | Helps identify an order |
| Network | Defines the route blockchain |
03
QR code does not cancel verification
A QR code reduces the risk of copying errors, but malicious extensions, the wrong camera, or manual editing can ruin the payment.
After scanning, compare the beginning and end of the address, currency, network and amount.
04
If the payment is stuck
First check the status in the wallet and blockchain explorer. Do not create a second payment until it is clear whether the first one has gone through.
Support will need the transaction hash, order number, dispatch time, network and amount.
