What opportunities will be useful to you
First, determine where you watch and listen most often. On a TV, the main scenario may be related to watching videos, and on a phone, it may be related to the background and downloads. Don't buy a subscription for a feature you haven't yet tested for your platform and content type.
According to the official YouTube help, full Premium includes Music Premium. However, paid subscriptions to individual channels and other stand-alone YouTube products do not automatically become part of Premium. Check the name of the service, not just the familiar logo.

Phone, computer and TV: check your account

How to check if a subscription is right for you
