What Flow does and what remains your job
The service helps turn a spoken thought into writing. Useful starting points are things you already know: an explanation to a colleague, a short daily recap or a task description. Dictation itself does not verify facts or check whether you said the correct date or amount.
For your first test, use an ordinary draft without confidential details. At work, check your organization’s rules for external services first. Do not dictate passwords, one-time codes or information that you are not allowed to share with the chosen tool.

What to consider before choosing Pro
For frequent dictation, available usage is a central difference. Free allowances and included features can change, so check the current guide and your account. Assess meeting recording and team administration separately: the Pro name is not a substitute for the actual terms.

Three scenarios for a first test
Try an email, a task and a note. For an email, state the purpose, then details and the action you need. For a task, describe the outcome, deadline and completion criteria. For a note, separate observations from next steps. This structure helps you keep track of the important points.
Example exercise: “Update the checkout page. Prepare a mobile mockup by Friday. It is ready when the total is visible and a payment method can be selected.” After dictation, check the date and definition of done. This demonstrates your structure, not a guaranteed Flow output.

How to evaluate the result in ten minutes
Take a short piece of writing you would normally type and run one unhurried test. Avoid starting with a long document: a short example makes it easier to see whether the corrections come from speech, recognition or your own structure.
Prepare three key points without writing the entire draft.
Dictate at your normal pace and finish recording.
Review names, numbers, negatives and deadlines.
Record dictation time and editing time separately.
Repeat with a different task and choose the workflow that suits you.

How the Unlimit offer works
