Activate code
Open roblox.com/redeem on your computer or mobile browser. Make sure you are logged into the correct account, enter your PIN and click Redeem. Save the confirmation and check what exactly was credited: Credit or Robux.
Roblox indicates an application exception on Samsung Galaxy; In the regular mobile application and on consoles, the code cannot be redeemed.

How to spend Credit on Robux
While still in the browser, open the Robux page and select the package. If you have Credit in your account, Roblox will offer to use it when purchasing. Verify the total before confirming. The Credit balance can be seen on the repayment page or in the payment settings of the web version.

Select the Robux package in the browser.
Verify the amount and confirm the purchase.

If Robux does not appear
First, check if the amount is in Credit. Then make sure that the same Roblox account is open where you entered the code. If the code is accepted, but the balance has not been updated, save the receipt, code and confirmation screenshot for support. There is no need to buy the card again before checking the result.
