First the game, then the par
Don't start with the amount. First, check the game: VALORANT, League of Legends, or another Riot product. Then select your desired currency and region.
If you are buying as a gift, ask the recipient to name the game and account region, not just the nickname.

Why region is important
Prepaid codes are often issued for specific regions or storefronts. If the code region does not match the account, activation may fail.
Check the region especially carefully if the account was created a long time ago or the user has moved.

Safe activation
The code is activated through the official client or the official Riot interface. Do not enter it on third-party sites with promises of bonuses.
If the code is purchased as a gift, give it only to the recipient and explain where to activate it.
Do not share your account password.
Do not post code in chat rooms.
Save the receipt until successful activation.

If the code does not match
Check characters, region, game, code status and activation history. To contact support you will need a receipt, code, date of purchase and error text.
