01
Check address
Compare the email in the order with real mail: domain, dots, numbers and layout. An error in one character can send an email to the wrong place.
If the address is incorrect, immediately save the order number and contact support without creating a new order at random.
02
Check mail folders
Open Inbox, Spam, Promotions, Mailings, and Trash. Some email services do not sort letters with codes where the user expects them.
Searching by service name, amount or code word is often faster than manual browsing.
Check Spam.
Check "Promotions" or "Mailouts".
Use mail search.
03
Do not repay immediately
If the first transaction has already been created, a repeat purchase may result in two orders or a dispute over what code is expected.
First check the payment status and transaction number. If payment failed, the form will usually show this separately.
| Situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| Payment completed, no letter | Check email and support |
| Payment failed | Check payment method |
| Email is incorrect | Write to support with your order number |
04
What to send to support
Prepare the order number, email from the form, payment time, amount, payment method and a screenshot of the status. If you do receive the full code, do not post it in open chats.
