01
Why email is important
In the code scenario, UC is not immediately credited to the account. The user receives an activation code by email and completes the receipt himself.
Therefore, your email needs to be checked as carefully as your card number or wallet address.
Check the layout and domain.
Do not use temporary mail.
Make sure the box is accessible.
02
What to do after payment
Open your mail, check your inbox, Spam and Promotions. If the email is delayed, wait a few minutes and do not create a repeat order right away.
Save the transaction number: support needs it if the letter is not found.
03
How to store the code before activation
The UC code cannot be published in chat rooms or sent to strangers. Once used, the code usually becomes useless for reactivation.
If you are buying as a gift, send the code only to the recipient and separately explain where to activate it.
04
Common problems
Most problems boil down to an error in the email, a delay in the message, an incorrect region, or an attempt to activate the code in the wrong way.
| Problem | First action |
|---|---|
| The letter did not arrive | Check mail folders and address |
| Code is not activated | Check instructions and region |
| Code sent to the wrong place | Contact support with transaction number |
