Prepare your order and check your account
Find the link in the completed order details or Unlimit email. Make sure you are opening the result of the desired purchase. If the letter has not arrived, first look at the order page: sending mail and issuing a link may complete at different times.
Current offer requires a new account without an active subscription. If the browser is already authorized in another Nord Account, do not confirm the activation blindly: check the selected profile. Don't try to turn an offer for a new account into a renewal of an existing one.
Mail for receiving an order and mail for an account perform different roles. The mere receipt of a letter to a specific address does not mean that the subscription is already assigned to this profile. Refer to the instructions and data that you see upon activation.

Complete the activation using the received link
Open the private link and read the instructions before confirming the action. The sequence of screens depends on the offer issued, so do not look for a universal promotional code field and do not paste the entire link there. Register or log in as indicated in the order instructions.
After completion, check the subscription and access period in your Nord Account. Save your order number separately and do not forward the link to strangers. If the page reports that the link has already been used, do not try random accounts: record the message and contact Unlimit support.
This material does not replace individual dispensing instructions. If it differs from the expected scenario or asks for unclear data, stop and clarify the step using the order number. Do not send a password, one-time code, or a full screenshot of a page with a private link in correspondence.

Install NordVPN from an official source
Start with the official NordVPN download page and select your platform. On your phone, go to the application through the official source; Don't install a file from a random message or advertisement. If the app is not available for your system version or store region, check with NordVPN for a supported installation method.
For Windows, the official process involves installing the application and logging in through a browser. If the browser prompts you to return to NordVPN after logging in, confirm opening the application. For another system, use its instructions: the names of items and permissions may differ.

Login and check your first connection
Use the account in which you just checked your subscription. If the application offers to buy a plan, first compare the profile with the one you selected during activation. A new payment will not correct logging into the wrong account.
Start the connection and wait for confirmation in the interface. Then open a regular web page to test your network access. Successful account login and active VPN connection are different states; both need to be checked.
If the Internet worked before connecting, but stopped after it, do not reinstall everything at once. Save the error text and proceed to connection diagnostics. If the problem is only on one site, check it separately from the availability of the Internet as a whole.

Connect other devices and maintain access
NordVPN specifies a limit of up to 10 simultaneous connections per account. Please check your offer limits before adding devices. Logging in to your phone and laptop should be done in the same profile with a subscription, and not through creating a new purchase on each device.
VPN encrypts the connection between the device and the VPN server, but does not replace account protection. Maintain a unique password, control access to email, and check login page addresses. Authorization on the site still associates actions with your profile on this site.
Do not post the activation link in the review even after setup. To discuss an order, all you need is its number and a description of the problem without sensitive data.
