Check delivery format
Check whether you will receive a code by email or direct credit to your account. This determines which data is critical.
If the code is sent by email, the email becomes the delivery address. If you are using an account, carefully copy the ID or nickname from the application.

After payment
Check your inbox, spam and promotional folders. Do not create a repeat order immediately if the email is delayed by a few minutes.
Save the transaction number: without it, it is more difficult for support to understand which order to look for.

Code activation
The code is only entered in the official Garena interface or the official path specified by the seller. Before entering, check the domain and do not log in through suspicious forms.
If buying as a gift, send the code only to the recipient and warn that once activated it will not be used again.

Sites with free Diamonds often ask for a login, password, verification code, or to install a third-party application. This is not a bonus, but a risk of losing your account.
It is better for the player to explain in advance: no one in the chat should receive a password, activation code or access to mail.
