What is an Organization ID and what does the correct value look like?
Organization ID - An organization or profile identifier, not your password or email address. The Unlimit form requires a UUID: one 36-character string consisting of the letters a-f, numbers, and hyphens in an 8-4-4-4-12 pattern.
Example format: 12345678-1234-1234-1234-123456789abc. This is an educational example and cannot be used for purchase. Your account will have its own value. The correct format does not prove that the correct profile is selected: both checks are needed separately.

Method 1: Check Settings → Account
Open claude.ai and log in to the desired account. If switching profiles is available, select the personal profile you are subscribing to. Open the name or profile icon menu, then Settings and Account.
If the Organization ID field is visible on the page, copy the entire value. Anthropic describes this path for Enterprise members. In a personal account, such a field may not be present: this is not a reason to substitute a random identifier from other settings.
If there is no field, go to the browser method on your computer. Don't confuse Organization ID with username.

Method 2: Find lastActiveOrg in Chrome or Edge
This path uses data from an already public claude.ai profile. It does not require running scripts, installing extensions, or transferring account access. The tab names may vary depending on the browser language.
Open claude.ai on your computer and select the desired personal profile.
Open developer tools: Ctrl + Shift + I on Windows/Linux or ⌘ + ⌥ + I on macOS. You can also select Inspect via the right mouse button.
Go to the Application tab. If it is hidden, find it in the » menu next to the tabs.
On the left, expand Storage → Cookies and select https://claude.ai.
Filter the table by lastActiveOrg. Click the row you want and copy only the Value column.
Insert the value into the Organization ID field and check the UUID: no quotes, hyphens or extra spaces.
Anthropic lists lastActiveOrg among cookies. Using it as an active profile identifier is a browser technique also described by the developer Claudar, and not the official subscription activation API.

How to get Organization ID on your phone
Start with the browser or Claude interface: log into the desired account and check Settings → Account. If the Organization ID is displayed, copy it and transfer it to the order. Make sure that the phone is opened in the same account where you want the subscription.
If there is no field, use Chrome or Edge on your computer. A regular mobile browser doesn't provide the same convenient access to the Application tab. Do not install an unfamiliar extension or send your entire session to someone else to find an ID.
If the computer is unavailable or both methods did not help, check with Unlimit support for further steps before payment. Do not replace ID with email address: the form expects a different data type.

What to do if lastActiveOrg is missing or the wrong profile is selected
Check that you are logged in to claude.ai, and in the Cookies section you have selected its domain. Remove the extraneous filter, open the desired profile and refresh the page. If there is still no line, stop and get help before creating the payment.
If you have multiple accounts, compare the profile in Claude with the one for which you want to buy a subscription. Do not automatically copy data from Claude Console: Console is used for APIs, and matching your usual email address does not confirm the correct organization.
If you notice an error after creating or paying for an order, immediately inform support of the order number. Do not create a repeat payment in the hope of correcting the first one: first you need to clarify the status of an already completed purchase.

Check the data you send for activation
The Organization ID and a separate contact email are entered into the Unlimit order form. For this registration method, the account must be FREE; The provider recommends a profile older than seven days. Activation takes up to 12 hours after payment confirmation.
Do not attach a full snapshot of the Cookies table if the values of other rows are visible in it. To discuss an error, a description of the step and the order number are sufficient. Password, sessionKey, login codes and API keys are not needed to purchase through this form.
